i can't remember exactly because it goes to other cities too.. but it is called "love the one you're with" and it is really cute :)

Ummmm...."Enchanted, Inc." is really cute...and it's got sequels, too!
Also, there's the Shopaholic series, which doesn't start in New York, but has one book that is titled, "Shopaholic Takes Manhatten". They're all really cute, too. Those are all of the "chick lit" genre, though, so if you're looking for something serious, they might not fit the bill.
OH, there's one called "The Prince of Central Park" that is actually a young adult book that I loved. Still love, actually, seeing as I re-read it about two months ago!
